This independent contractor role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring others, building authentic relationships, and exploring modern approaches to leadership, mindset, and professional development in an online environment.

About You

You may come from a background in:

Coaching or mentoring, HR or talent acquisition, Recruitment or executive search, Consulting or business advisory, Leadership development, Training, education, or facilitation

You’re someone who:

• Communicates confidently and professionally
• Enjoys helping others gain clarity and direction
• Is self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Values flexibility, autonomy, and ongoing personal growth
• Is open to leveraging and/or developing digital communication and marketing systems

This role suits experienced professionals looking for a flexible next chapter, additional income stream, or a more purpose-driven way of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional conversations with individuals exploring personal or career growth opportunities
• Mentor and support people through structured professional development frameworks
• Participate in online leadership and training sessions
• Build relationships through digital networking and communication platforms like LinkedIn and Zoom
• Utilise company-provided systems, tools, and training to support business development activities
• Collaborate with a global community focused on leadership and growth
