Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Property Acquisition Manager. The Property Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying and negotiating properties to be acquired by our clients, conducting market research, evaluating potential investments, along with managing relationships with vendors and real estate agents. There is an ability to evolve and grow within the team as well as as unlimited earning potential. This really is an exciting role with no limits.

Qualifications

• Experience in Property Acquisition, Real Estate, and Negotiation
• Skills in Market Research, Investment Evaluation, and Financial Analysis
• Strong Communication and Relationship Management skills
• Basic Knowledge of Legal Compliance and Financial Viability in property transactions
• Estate agents license is beneficial but not mandatory
