🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and objectives.
• Create user stories, process flows, and business documentation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support testing, validation, and implementation of business solutions.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

✅ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or related roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering methodologies and documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
• Experience with tools such as Excel, Jira, Confluence, or Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Australia with legal right to work full-time.
