About the Role

You’ll work independently and alongside a highly experienced team to manage a broad range of visa matters. This is a role for someone who is confident, detail-oriented, and eager to grow.

Role Overview

• Full-time | 38 hours/week
• Permanent Position
• Work from Home | Australia-wide
• Collaboration via Microsoft TeamsWhat We Offer

• Base salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + Super + Uncapped Performance Bonuses (Total: $110,000 – $135,000+)

• Provide accurate, up-to-date migration advice
• Prepare and lodge visa, nomination, and skills assessment applications
• Draft submission letters and statutory declarations when required
• Assist clients with documentation (e.g., LMT, GTE, AMSR)
• Manage client files, maintain clear notes, and meet all deadlines
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders professionally and efficiently
• Stay current with legislative and policy changes
• Work in line with the Code of Conduct

Requirements

• Registered Migration Agent (MARN required)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Broad knowledge of key visa subclasses including Partner, GSM, Employer Sponsored
• Proficiency with Migration Manager and LegendCom (essential)
• High attention to detail and strong time management
• Fluent written and spoken English (IELTS equivalent 8.0+ across all bands)
• Confident using digital tools and platforms
