Lucida is a tech talent consultancy specialising in Values-Based Recruiting. We work with startups, SME's and select enterprises across all areas of tech including Cyber, Cloud, AI/ML, and Robotics. Our approach blends Values Based Recruiting with Behavioural Science and a light, agile approach to customer engagement.

Role Summary

More marketing than business development, the Client Engagement Specialist will help with nurturing and client outreach.

Not "prospecting" or "cold calling" etc. Instead, building email campaigns, sharing useful content to help develop client relationships.

• Running small email campaigns to clients ranging from cold to warm

• Through email, initiate and nurture conversations so we’re front of mind when clients start hiring

• Uncover clients hiring rhythms and surface potential upcoming requirements

• Share useful content or MPCs (Most Placeable Candidates) that demonstrate value

• Keep light contact so every conversation edges closer to opportunity

About You

You're comfortable with email, LinkedIn and exploring community and publishing platforms. You're good at keeping conversations warm. You enjoy following up and finding natural ways to engage with clients and uncover client needs.

Nice to Have

Background in IT or recruitment support, customer success or SDR. Understanding of tech job roles.
