About the Role We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to drive our content strategy and social media presence. In this role, you’ll transform raw ideas and archived materials into a steady stream of engaging content across multiple platforms. From short-form video editing to daily community engagement, you’ll manage the day-to-day execution of our content calendar and play a key role in building our brand visibility. This is a hands-on role for a creative, detail-oriented professional who thrives on turning ideas into action and enjoys the fast pace of digital content production. Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Repurposing
- Repurpose archived webinars and podcasts into short-form, high-value content.
- Produce ~10 short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and 10 graphics/written posts weekly.
- Support monthly recording sessions with scripts and talking points.
Social Media Management
- Own and manage the weekly content calendar with posts, copy, and hashtags.
- Ensure consistent publishing (~3–4 posts daily) across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Configure and manage social media tools (e.g., Zoho Social) to track engagement and opportunities.
Community Engagement & Lead Generation
- Dedicate 1–2 hours daily to engaging with accounts—liking, commenting, and interacting to grow the community.
- Conduct daily LinkedIn outreach to build professional connections and identify potential leads.
Workflow & Communication
- Follow structured weekly workflows for content production, review, and scheduling.
- Notify the internal team promptly of important private messages or inquiries.
Outreach & Opportunity Management
- Research podcasts for guest appearances and lead initial outreach.
- Identify potential speaking engagements (conferences, events, etc.) and assist with applications.
Who You Are
- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator, Content Creator, or Marketing Assistant.
- Strong skills in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) to create on-brand assets.
- Expert in managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, with experience using scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Zoho Social, etc.).
- Exceptionally organised with high attention to detail.
- A proactive self-starter, comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- (Bonus) Background or interest in not-for-profit, governance, or sports administration sectors.
