Implementation & Training Consultant (Education)

As more schools across Australia and the Far East choose iSAMS, we’re expanding our team and hiring a Project Manager based in Australia’s East Coast time zone. You’ll work closely with new customers, guiding them through the onboarding process and making sure they feel confident using iSAMS from day one.

Switching to a new school system is a big deal - and schools need someone who can lead the way. That’s where you come in.

You’ll manage the full journey from the moment a school signs up, right through to launch. You’ll plan each step, deliver online training, answer questions, solve problems, and make sure every school feels supported and set up for success.

Because our customers are based in Australia and the Far East, we need someone local who understands their time zones, working rhythms, and communication preferences. You’ll be in the right place at the right time to give them the best possible experience.

💼 What Will You Be Doing?

• Manage iSAMS implementation projects for new schools across Australia and the Far East
• Act as the main point of contact - keeping schools informed, reassured, and supported
• Create clear project plans and keep everything on track
• Deliver online training sessions that help staff get confident with the system
• Work closely with internal teams (support, onboarding, product) to ensure smooth delivery
• Spot any issues early, find solutions, and keep things moving forward
• Wrap up each project with a strong handover to our support team

👀 What Are We Looking For?

• Significant experience in project management (education or software experience is a plus)
• Clear, confident communicator - both written and verbal
• Organised and great at juggling multiple projects
• Friendly and approachable, with a calm and helpful attitude
• Comfortable running online training sessions (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
• A natural problem-solver who takes initiative
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Based in Australia’s East Coast time zone (AEST)
