Education Operations Director

Location: Remote (Australia-based) | VOLUNTEER ROLE | 6-8HRS A WEEKInspire Tomorrow Education (ITE) is a youth-led nonprofit tackling educational inequality by offering free tutoring and scholarship support to students from underrepresented and underserved communities across Australia.

We’re growing fast - and we need an organised, compassionate, and proactive Education Operations Director to help us deliver high-quality, student-centred learning experiences at scale.

🎯 What you’ll do:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our tutoring program
• Manage tutor-student pairing, onboard volunteers, and streamline education workflows
• Support and supervise the Tutoring Officer(s)
• Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and troubleshoot issues with care
• Improve systems to increase efficiency, consistency, and impact

👤 Who we’re looking for:

• You’re a strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
• You care deeply about education and believe in equitable access for all
• You’re confident working with spreadsheets, email systems, and people
• You can commit to at least 5 hours per week, ideally for 6+ months
• Bonus: You’ve got experience in education, operations, or volunteer coordination
