Experienced Resourcer (Fully Remote / WFH Recruitment Assistant) - No BD. Infrastructure Business Growth Pty Ltd (IBG) partners with engineering-oriented businesses in transport infrastructure, energy, and mining sectors to support sustainable growth. With over 45 years of industry experience and 25 years of recruitment experience, IBG specialises in business development, strategy and advisory, bid/tender support, and specialist recruitment. The company has a proven track record of delivering actionable insights, successful strategies, and access to senior decision-makers. We're looking for a talented resourcer with strong experience in white collar engineering delivery or consultancy / advisory Australian market, across 1 or more of the civil construction, engineering, energy or mining sectors. Someone who knows the industry, understands the roles, and can spot great talent quickly and confidently. This is a high-flexibility, work-from-home opportunity supporting two senior industry executives with deep networks, steady workflow, and a strong reputation across the transport infrastructure, energy and mining space. You'll be joining a small, upbeat team that enjoys what we do, keeps things positive, and is looking for someone who wants to have a bit of fun in the role while delivering real results. We're looking for a person whose career shows role stability, and has referees who can attest to your sourcing skillset and self-driven nature.
