What’s on offer

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Account Manager – PR & Communications, responsible for managing PR accounts, writing press materials, handling client communications, and driving public and media relations.

You’ll develop and implement PR strategies, coordinate with media, and maintain strong client relationships to promote the purpose-driven work we do.

The role is remote, with regular catch-ups in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane throughout the year. Applicants must be based in Australia.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ experience in journalism, PR, communications, or brand storytelling
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Proven ability to deliver across multiple accounts
• Results-driven and proactive
• Exceptional writing and editing skills (press, editorial, digital)
• Media relations experience (or a journalist’s persistence)
• Passionate about PR and storytelling, curious to learn and grow a meaningful career
• Calm under pressure, organised, and self-directed
• Thrives in autonomy but enjoys collaborating with like-minded teams
• Experience with sustainability, tech, or social-impact brands is a plus
• Strong leadership or mentoring skills are highly regarded
