We’re looking for a versatile and motivated Software Engineer to join our growing remote engineering team. You will work across the full development lifecycle to deliver reliable, scalable, and well-crafted software that drives our core products and internal systems.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software features and applications
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across the stack
• Assist in planning architecture and long-term technical decisions
• Implement automated tests and support CI/CD processes
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and bring fresh ideas to the team

✅ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in software development
• Proficiency in at least one core programming language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, Go, etc.)
• Experience with modern frameworks (Node.js, React, Django, Spring Boot, etc.)
• Understanding of APIs, databases, and software architecture fundamentals
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Must be based in Australia with full working rights

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Background in microservices or distributed systems
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with automated testing or QA frameworks
• Interest in performance optimization and system scalability
