We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team in Australia. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve inquiries, provide guidance, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. If you enjoy problem-solving, communicating with people, and supporting customers, this role is perfect for you.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests efficiently
  • Provide accurate product or service information to customers
  • Document interactions and maintain records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service or related roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus
  • Based in Australia with legal authorization to work full-time
