Role Description
This is a part-time, remote position for a Manpower Resources Consultant, open to candidates currently residing in Australia.
The Consultant will be responsible for identifying and sourcing candidates for project-based roles, evaluating talent through assessments and interviews, and collaborating with clients to understand their workforce needs. Key duties include developing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and providing insights to improve workforce planning and performance.
You will work closely with both clients and candidates, ensuring effective communication, mutual alignment, and long-term satisfaction. Training will be provided to help you succeed in recruitment systems, candidate management, and digital workflow optimisation.
Qualifications
- Skills in recruitment, staffing, and talent acquisition
- Experience in workforce planning, candidate evaluation, and interviews
- Knowledge of HR analytics, data reporting, and resource management
- Strong communication, client relationship, and team collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in digital tools for recruitment and database management
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Understanding of remote and project-based employment trends
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related disciplineRemuneration
- Pay Rate: AUD $120 – $180 per day
- Work Mode: 100% Remote (Australia-based only)
