Contribute to a cutting-edge AI development initiative focused on improving design literacy in large language models (LLMs). This role involves evaluating and creating prompt-based scenarios that reflect authentic design workflows and visual thinking across industries.

Project Overview

• Create, review, and refine design-focused prompts to train AI systems
• Ensure prompts and responses reflect real-world creative and systemic design processes
• Assess AI-generated outputs for clarity, effectiveness, and alignment with professional standards

Ideal Profile

• 1+ years of professional experience in areas such as:
• Instructional design, service design, interaction design, exhibit or experience design
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, Education, Industrial or Interaction Design, or a related field
• Based in the U.S., Canada, UK, Australia, or New Zealand
• Strong foundation in visual literacy, UX principles, and design thinking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with LLMs or GenAI tools is a plus

Role Highlights

• Flexible hours: 10–20 hrs/week (with potential to scale up to 40 hrs)
• Fully remote and asynchronous—work on your own schedule
• Initial duration: 1–2 months, with potential for extension
