Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients in the Australian market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Identify business opportunities, conduct market research, and develop proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, delivery, marketing) to ensure seamless client engagement.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Represent GEM at networking events, conferences, and industry forums in Australia.
Requirement:
- Based in Australia with strong understanding of the local business landscape.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management in IT or technology services.
- Established network within relevant industries.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
