We’re after a Paid Media superstar! Someone with the skills, sparkle, and ambition to make an impact. If you’re stuck in #agencyland feeling a little… flat, craving a role that’s got it all, this one has your name all over it.

You live and breathe Paid Media, with a special soft spot for Paid Social. ROAS? She’s your best friend. You speak fluent Meta and TikTok Ads, and if you’ve got some Paid Search chops, even better.. we’re all ears! You’ll be the go-to Paid Media specialist in the team, owning a small but dream-worthy portfolio of brands that’ll make you excited to open your laptop every morning.

If your sweet spot is blending your strategic smarts with a knack for bringing to life creative, scroll-stopping campaigns, you’re in exactly the right place.

And here’s the kicker: TMG is growing. Which means you’ll have plenty of room to expand your skills, flex across different channels, and pitch your ideas. Want to dip your toes into organic social or email marketing? Go for it! it’s not essential, but the door is wide open.

• Test, Learn, Win - You live for experimentation: testing creative, refining copy, and making data-led moves to unlock winning combos.
• Speak Fluent Metrics - ROAS, CTR, CPA: you don’t just track the numbers; you translate them into gold-star insights and strategies that scale.
• Be the Client’s Go-To Superstar - You’re the trusted paid media partner who aligns strategy to client goals, celebrates the wins, and doubles down on what works.

💡 Bonus Fun: whilst not essential, you’ll have the chance to dabble in organic social, content creation, and even email strategy if that’s your jam.

What we’re looking for in YOU!

• 2-3+ years in an agency or similarly fast-paced environment managing paid media end-end.
• Meta Ads expertise is a must; TikTok Ads experience will earn you instant brownie points.
• Bonus cred if you’ve worked with Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google Ads, or other high-impact paid media channels - there’s plenty of room for you to stretch your paid media muscles here!
• Proactive by nature - you don’t wait for permission to fix, scale, or pitch.
• You can zoom in on the details without losing sight of the big picture.
• Commercially minded, analytically switched-on, and maybe just a little KPI-obsessed.
