We have significant partnerships across the financial services sector to ensure culturally safe and inclusive servicing of First Nations customers and wide-spread access to financial literacy education.

  • Create a culturally safe and engaging learning environment, drawing on lived experience, professional knowledge, and FNF’s core training materials.
  • Tailor training content and delivery style to meet audience needs while remaining grounded in First Nations perspectives.

Program Design & Content Development

  • Collaborate with FNF staff and partner organisations to co-design and refine education programs on topics including homeownership, financial planning, superannuation, and insurance.
  • Contribute to the creation of culturally appropriate learning resources, workshop materials, and digital content.
  • Ensure education materials are aligned with adult learning principles and Indigenous ways of knowing, being, and doing.

Advisory and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders in banking, superannuation, insurance, and government.
  • Provide advisory including RAP Committee engagement and support with specific financial services projects to the sector.
  • Represent FNF in meetings, workshops, and sector forums, promoting the importance of cultural competency and inclusive financial education.
  • Provide advice and insights on emerging issues and opportunities to improve financial inclusion outcomes for First Nations peoples.

Program Evaluation & Reporting
