FMRE offers a variety of roles, but we are particularly seeking experienced and energetic Sales Consultants or Business Development Managers who excel in lead generation and closing deals.

We provide flexible compensation options including salaries, contracting agreements, or business partnership opportunities—with uncapped earning potential of $100K to $200K+ per annum (OTE).

Role Overview

This is a full-time, remote position for a Business Development Manager with a background in real estate and consulting. Your primary responsibilities will include generating leads through your personal network, cold calling B2B prospects, and building new partnerships. You’ll also organize educational seminars and webinars to attract and nurture leads.

You will conduct discovery sessions, develop tailored strategies, and engage in follow-up activities to close sales. Delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing real estate consultancy are key components. Regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster business growth is essential.

You could be located anywhere in AUS : VIC, NSW, QLD, WA, SA, NT, TAS and CAN

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of Business Development experience
  • Over 3 years of proven sales success; strong closer
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled at building and maintaining client relationships
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in real estate is advantageous
  • Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working remotely
