Role Description
This is a contract role for an Area Sales Manager at Farm Frites in Sydney Metro. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, managing client accounts, and expanding the customer base. They will also develop sales strategies, conduct market research, and provide excellent customer service to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Sales Management, Account Management, and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Experience in developing sales strategies and market research
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus

- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
- Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
Responsibilities
1. Develop, execute and report on agreed sales and call plans to deliver all key objectives
2. Support and positively influence sales focus and activities for major accounts and wholesaler/distributor partners within the context of the Company’s business plan
3. Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts and wholesaler/distributor partners to promote brand awareness, portfolio and product knowledge, positive portfolio advocacy and profitable business relationships
4. Regularly review and report on sales performance, key metric performance, sales forecasts and market trends
5. Recommend sales strategies, utilising available programs or initiatives to achieve sales targets.
6. Maintain close contact with major accounts highlighting planned strategies to develop profitable business and gathering information for future business plans and initiatives.
7. Monitor and support activities for major accounts/ wholesaler and distributor partners, including product launches, broadening product mix, new sales tools, information or sample requests.
8. Communication with Company contacts to ensure all sales and marketing activities are planned and transparent; and
9. Ensure sales activities comply with legal and ethical standard
Job Types: Full-time, Subcontract
Salary: $85,000 – $130,000 net per year
