Project Manager

We’re looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team at Evocative Media.

In this role, you’ll oversee and coordinate the successful delivery of multiple digital marketing projects, supporting both our Paid Ads and Email Marketing teams while managing a portfolio of exciting DTC clients. You’ll be the driving force behind project planning, execution, and delivery — ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard.

At Evocative Media, you’ll get the chance to work on some of the best and most innovative accounts in the market. Our clients include leading brands like Lorna Jane, Nutrition Warehouse, Aje Athletica, Loving Tan, Billini, Naked Harvest, Rachel Gilbert, Hommey and more.

Your Responsibilities:

• Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources for seamless execution.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, prioritising workloads across multiple projects.
• Identify risks early and develop proactive solutions.
• Ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting in Asana.

Your Experience:

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally within an agency environment.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Asana and time-tracking tools.
• Strong multitasking skills — confident juggling multiple clients and projects at once.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with a drive for results.

• Reside in Australia OR work within the AEDT timezone.
