The Opportunity:

This business has been operating for decades and continues to invest in its people and technology. Due to internal growth, they’re seeking an experienced D365 Administrator to support operations nationally. You’ll work closely with a small, capable technology team to maintain and enhance their Dynamics 365 platform and related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into technical functionality within D365
• Maintain and administer D365 environments (DEV/UAT/PROD), including patch and release cycles
• Support and monitor integrations with external platforms, finance systems, and reporting tools like Power BI
• Handle user setup, role configuration, and access controls across teams and business units
• Use JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps to track and manage service delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, including root cause analysis
• Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment of updates and new features

About You:

• Strong experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
• Experience working with enterprise-level D365 environments, ideally with integrations
• Familiarity with APIs, Power Platform, or Azure Logic Apps
• Solid understanding of D365 security models (roles, duties, privileges)
• Exposure to financial or supply chain systems
• Any additional skills in D365 CE/CRM will be valuable
