Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated IT Sales Partner with 5+ years of experience in IT sales or business development. This is a commission-only opportunity to close deals for software development, automation, AI tools, and CRM implementation while earning a high share of the revenue.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and convert qualified leads into paying clients
• Sell custom software, AI automation, CRM, and digital services
• Maintain consistent deal communication and follow-ups
• Work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth onboarding
• Share insights from prospects to improve our service offerings

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of B2B IT sales or tech business development experience
• Solid understanding of web/app/CRM solutions and AI-based tools
• Strong client relationship and consultative selling skills
• Independent, performance-focused, and target-driven
• Prior sales network or client book is a plus

Compensation

• 10–15% commission on closed deals
• Up to 20% commission for large projects
• No salary or base pay commission-only
• Unlimited earning potential
