About the role

DataDive is seeking a talented Data Sales / Business Development Manager to join our thriving team. In this full-time role based in Australia completely remote, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base.

we are a startup boutique currently providing data engineering and tableau development services.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market

Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers

Deliver high-impact sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our data capabilities

Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing teams to develop tailored proposals and pricing

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new growth areas

What we're looking for

Proven track record of successful new business development in the data or technology industry

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate complex data solutions

Entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to achieve ambitious sales goals

Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Relevant tertiary qualification in a technical or business-related field
