As an independent Success & Life Coach, you will:

• Engage with individuals interested in personal and professional development.
• Participate in ongoing leadership and communication training.
• Utilise established digital systems and business tools.
• Conduct professional conversations with prospective participants.
• Manage your activities independently while following proven processes.
• Continue developing your own leadership, communication, and coaching capabilities.

Who We're Looking For

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have experience in coaching, leadership, education, consulting, HR, training, healthcare, sales, business, or another people-focused profession.
• Communicate professionally and build rapport with others.
• Are organised, self-directed, and comfortable managing your own schedule.
• Have an interest in continuous learning and personal development.
• Are confident using online communication platforms and digital tools.

Previous coaching experience is welcomed but not essential. Full training and ongoing support are provided.
