💬 The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager who’s a campaign delivery powerhouse - someone process-driven, detail-obsessed, and energised by getting things done.
You’re the kind of person who thrives in organised chaos: able to juggle multiple campaigns, solve problems quickly, and keep everything moving with precision and calm. You’ll be working with some of the biggest and most inspiring charities on the planet, managing complex fundraising programs end-to-end — from concept to launch.
You’ll be the bridge between clients, strategy, and delivery — managing multiple fundraising campaigns across Appeals, Regular Giving, Gifts in Wills, and Peer-to-Peer.
This is a hands-on role for someone with strong initiative, high attention to detail, and the confidence to work independently while collaborating closely with a passionate, high-performing team.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage client campaigns end-to-end — from planning through to deployment, testing, and reporting.
- Lead campaign delivery and execution — oversee builds, QA, and live deployments, ensuring smooth execution and data accuracy.
- Manage campaign data — handle imports, segmentation, and integrations across platforms like Funraisin, Raisely, and GivePanel.
- Project manage timelines and milestones — coordinate internal teams and clients to keep campaigns on schedule and within scope.
- Collaborate cross-functionally — work closely with strategy, creative, and delivery teams to bring supporter journeys to life.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance — track results, surface insights, and share recommendations to optimise outcomes.
- Maintain precision and quality — ensure every campaign meets Conversr’s high standards for delivery, performance, and impact.
- Support a diverse fundraising portfolio — including Appeals, Regular Giving, Gifts in Wills, and Peer-to-Peer programs.
💡 About You
You’re a methodical thinker, confident communicator, and natural problem solver — equally comfortable in a client meeting or deep in a data spreadsheet.
You’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in fundraising, digital marketing, or CRM-led engagement (3+ years in fundraising desirable).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects or campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, data manipulation, and analysis).
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- A data-driven mindset — curious, analytical, and proactive.
- Quick learner with a high aptitude for new software and tech stacks.
- Confident communicator who can simplify complex ideas for clients.
