🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with senior developers to implement new features and improvements
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices
• Contribute to technical documentation and internal knowledge bases

✅ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in software development or related projects/internships
• Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#)
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Understanding of web development, databases, or backend/frontend fundamentals is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
• Fluent in English
• Must be based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
