The Gig

Join our contractor talent pool as a Senior Design Consultant for a transformative program. You’ll lead human-centred design (HCD) processes, crafting strategic, user-focused solutions for complex ICT systems. Remote work is considered (Australia-wide), with hybrid options subject to client needs. Full-time preferred (negotiable), starting ASAP. The Client is likely to renew contracts for performing candidates. Contracts are project-based, with durations varying per client requirements.

Senior Design Consultant

• Lead HCD workshops to uncover user needs and design strategic solutions.
• Create user journeys, process maps, user stories, and solution frameworks.
• Align diverse stakeholders (technical, executive, operational) to drive consensus.
• Ensure solutions are user-centric and support program transformation goals.
• Guide project teams to deliver scalable, impactful designs.
