๐ฏ What You Will Do
As our National Sales Manager, you are the engine of our growth. You will own the sales cycle from the first spark of interest to the final signature.
- Master the Pitch: Lead high-stakes client pitches with confidence and charisma. You will be the face of BX Agency, articulating our value to prospective clients.
- Craft Winning Proposals: You aren't just selling; you are storytelling. You will write comprehensive, persuasive proposals that capture the client's vision and clearly outline our solution.
- Strategic Budgeting: Creativity meets commerce. You will create detailed, realistic, and profitable budgets for events ranging from intimate corporate retreats to large-scale international conferences.
- Pipeline Management: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector to ensure a steady stream of projects.
๐ Who You Are
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B Sales or Business Development, preferably within the Corporate Events, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), or Agency sectors.
- The Writer & The Speaker: You have exceptional written communication skills (for proposals) and magnetic verbal presentation skills (for pitches).
- Financial Acumen: You are comfortable working with numbers, margins, and spreadsheets to build accurate budgets.
- Self-Starter: Since you are working remotely, you need to be disciplined, motivated, and able to work autonomously.
