The Role

You will manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, focusing on winning new clients, sourcing and placing professionals across diverse skill sets, including:

• Sales & Marketing

• Cyber Security

• IT

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Proactively identify and engage with new and existing clients to understand their staffing needs and build lasting partnerships.

• Candidate Management: Source, screen, interview, and present top-tier candidates for contract and permanent roles.

• Market Expertise: Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the IT market, salary trends, and emerging technologies.

• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, professional relationships with both clients and candidates.

• Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment process, including job brief, negotiations, and offer management.

What You Bring

• Experience: Proven experience in a recruitment consultant role, ideally within the IT or Technology sector.

• Drive: Exceptional self-motivation, a competitive spirit, and a consistent track record of achieving targets.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Skills: Proficiency with recruitment software/CRMs and candidate sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
