About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join our all-Australian development team. You’ll work closely with senior developers to enhance and expand BA Icon – Australia’s first dedicated Buyer’s Agent CRM – alongside our suite of custom CRM and property technology solutions.

Main Focus: BA Icon Development

• Advanced Matching Engine: Build and refine algorithms that connect buyers with both on-market and exclusive off-market listings, using sophisticated data analysis to tailor matches to client needs.

• Automated Listing Integration: Develop and support plugins that import real-time property listing data, streamlining workflows and removing manual entry.

• Comprehensive Client Profiles: Enhance features for capturing detailed client preferences, enquiry history, and interactions, enabling highly personalised service.

• Communication Tools: Improve systems for sending client briefs to curated selling agent groups, and managing real-time communications within the CRM.

• Branded Listing Distribution: Support tools for distributing listings to clients and displaying them on custom, agency-branded websites.

• Interest Tracking: Build interactive features to monitor and analyse client engagement with specific listings, providing actionable insights for agents.

• End-to-End Integration: Ensure seamless integration with other property and CRM platforms, supporting automation and workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain .NET-based modules for BA Icon and related CRM systems.

• Collaborate with the Australian development team to deliver high-quality, scalable software.

• Integrate third-party APIs and automate property data workflows.

• Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code.

• Participate in Agile sprints, code reviews and team meetings.

• Troubleshoot, debug and optimise applications for performance and reliability.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in .NET development (C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC).

• Strong background in CRM and/or PropTech platforms.

• Experience with front-end frameworks (Angular, React or Vue), HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

• Skilled in database management (SQL Server, NoSQL, Entity Framework).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), CI/CD and DevOps.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote, all-Australian team.
