We’re looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Associate to join us on a 1-month trial, helping us reach more businesses in Sydney who need our staffing solutions.

Job Description:

• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to potential clients

• Identify businesses needing temporary or casual staff

• Qualify leads and hand them off for conversion

• Track activity, leads, and outcomes in our CRM

• Collaborate remotely with the Avirelle team

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong sales and communication skills

• Remote work capability and discipline

• Priority given to candidates with established leads or business connections in Sydney

• Self-starter, results-driven, and able to work independently
