Role Overview
The Sales Specialist leads conversations with professionals and business owners, introduces the concept of digital authority, and guides them toward creating a personal website that reflects their expertise and positioning.
This is a fully commission-based role, designed for individuals who are driven by performance and results, with direct earnings tied to closed deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage conversations with potential clients (B2B & personal brands)
- Identify gaps in online presence, visibility, and positioning
- Present Pella Nova websites as a strategic asset for trust and conversion
- Guide prospects from first contact to closing
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and relationship management
- Collaborate with internal team for smooth project onboarding
- Track pipeline and personal performance
Requirements
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to lead conversations with professionals and decision-makers
- Results-driven mindset with focus on closing deals
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
