YouTube Paid Media Specialist

Freelance Paid Media Specialist - YouTube Campaign We're looking for a freelancer to take an existing Meta and Tik Tok campaign and set up, manage and optimise for YouTube. Set up of media plan will ideally be next week and then you will be required to manage and optimise whilst campaign is live during October and then put together a report at the end. To be suited:

• Proven experience setting up, managing, and optimising YouTube Ad campaigns.
• Good grasp of paid media across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
• Ability to stretch a modest budget and deliver measurable results.
• Understanding of creative best practices for YouTube—formats, hooks, thumbnails.
• Strong reporting skills: translating data into clear insights and recommendations.
