Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The individual will focus on identifying and building relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that add value to their organizations. This role includes responsibilities such as driving revenue growth, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Additional responsibilities include maintaining comprehensive client knowledge, monitoring industry trends, and representing the company at key industry events.

Qualifications

• Strong business development skills, including client acquisition, account management, and revenue generation
• Experience in strategic planning, market research, and identifying growth opportunities
• Proficiency in negotiation, contract management, and relationship management
• Knowledge of architectural, engineering, or construction industries is highly desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with expertise in presenting and pitching to key stakeholders
• Ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and manage cross-functional projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
• Experience with CRM platforms and data-driven decision-making is a plus
