I.T. Career Coach - Part Time

We are looking to bring on an EXPERIENCED coach or TRAIN an EXPERIENCED IT PROFESSIONAL who would love to coach to join our team (part time, with the opportunity to grow to full time) by supporting our client delivery team in handling 1:1 coaching and client support.

This person will be working directly with the CEO and operations manager.

You will have an opportunity to:

→ This is not a “sippin’ Mai Thais on the beach” type of job

→ We move fast and there will be late nights.

→ You will have to face fears and discomfort... ALL THE TIME

→ You may have to put your ego and personal desires aside to focus on a bigger mission

→ I am demanding and hold our team to the HIGHEST of expectations to SHOW UP. We will push you.

→ You can never let whatever is going on in your life get in the way of our #1 Priority: helping our clients.

But, you will find that if you are willing to do the work, get uncomfortable, and always push for a mission bigger than yourself, this might be the role of a lifetime.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

 • Must have past Career Coaching experience (Tech industry preferred) OR Strong experience within the IT Industry (7+ years). Both is a strong advantage.

 • Must have a desire and love of learning, and can learn FAST.

 • HIGHLY motivated to serve others and be a part of something bigger

 • Someone who is coachable…SEEKS and implements feedback

 • Must have TOP level communication and listening skills

 • A grounded and detailed oriented person

 • COMMITTED to do what it takes and be 100% in

 • Someone who has held a leadership role before (highly preferred).

JOB DETAILS:

 • Major focus on 1:1 coaching calls with our clients and leading group coaching/training for the program

 • Engaging with and supporting our community through whatsapp, text and email support

 • Part time as you get trained and ramp up your client list

 • Compensation: Salary is partly performance based and dependent on amount of clients you are responsible for.

• You can make between $75-$110 per hour, with an expectation to work between 10-20 hours per week.
