Job Description

We are hiring an Operations Associate (Entry / Junior Level) for a full-time position.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual to join our operations team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates and aspiring professionals who are eager to build a career in business operations. You will support day-to-day operational activities, help streamline internal processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient delivery of business objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include assisting with daily operational tasks, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow execution. You will help monitor operational performance, prepare reports, analyze data, and identify opportunities to improve business processes. You will also support project coordination, manage administrative activities, track operational metrics, assist with vendor and customer communications, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, is required. Familiarity with business operations, data analysis, project coordination, ERP or CRM systems, and process improvement methodologies is advantageous but not required. Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, are essential for success in this role.

We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment with comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced operations professionals. You will gain hands-on experience across various business functions, develop valuable operational and analytical skills, and build a strong foundation for long-term career growth. Competitive salary, professional development opportunities, career advancement programs, and comprehensive employee benefits are provided.
