Role Description

This role is responsible for supporting research activities, project coordination, and data analysis tasks within the organization. The Research Assistant / Project Assistant will assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing information to support ongoing research and project initiatives. Key responsibilities include preparing research materials, maintaining project documentation, supporting data entry and analysis, assisting in report writing, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. The role also involves monitoring project timelines, tracking deliverables, supporting administrative project tasks, and ensuring accuracy and consistency in research outputs. In addition, the position requires strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail to manage multiple research and project-related tasks effectively in a structured and fast-paced environment while supporting informed decision-making and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

· Strong knowledge of research methods, data collection techniques, and project coordination practices

· Ability to support research activities, data analysis, and report preparation

· Familiarity with project management principles and administrative support processes

· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for reporting and documentation

· Ability to organize, manage, and interpret data accurately

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data management tools

· Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in research documentation

· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders

· Familiarity with academic or business research processes and reporting standards

· Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Research, Statistics, or a related field

· Professional certifications related to research or project management are considered an advantage

· Strong commitment to accuracy, continuous learning, and professional development
