WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?...

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll represent one of Australia’s most exciting fintech innovators, helping mortgage brokers understand a new way of doing home loans, building trust in our model, and driving long-term partnerships that generate consistent deal flow. You don’t need a finance background, we’ll teach you that. What matters most is your ability to build rapport, win business, and deliver results in fast-paced industries like tech, SaaS, or other high-growth sales environments. You’ll take full ownership of your network, turning new contacts into strong, lasting partnerships that deliver consistently. We need someone who can confidently run engaging meetings, clearly communicating our solutions and tailoring every conversation to the client’s needs, from first-time buyers to seasoned investors. You’ll be proactive, spotting opportunities, asking the right questions, and driving deals forward with speed and impact. Complex scenarios? You’ll tackle them confidently, providing clear guidance in line with our clear policies. By being reliable, informed, and responsive, you’ll become the advisor our clients rely on. WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...

  • Proven experience in high-performance sales, business development, or relationship management, ideally in fast-paced industries like tech, SaaS, or financial services
  • A natural ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and convert relationships into measurable results
  • Strong communication skills, with the confidence to educate, advise
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Willingness to learn and master our products and credit policies, finance experience is a plus but not required
  • Commercially minded
