ABOUT YOU

- You can both distil and present ideas with confidence and welcome feedback in the service of delivering outstanding results
- You display a passion for learning and improvement – challenging yourself and taking on feedback to continuously grow both personally and professionally
THE ASK
- 3 years minimum experience in a similar role in an agency or PCO environment
- Conference experience is a must, including experience working with EventsAIR
- Diverse experience preferred in the delivery of experiences (conferences, incentives, destinations, activations, and exhibitions) for corporate, association and/or private clients
- Strong capability in venue, audio-visual and food & beverage vendor procurement and management
- Experience in partner & sponsorship acquisition, including the curation of relevant documentation (e.g. partner packs, prospectus documentation)
- Understanding of digital event marketing campaigns
- High-level expertise with all the usual ‘tech’ (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Canva)
- Some experience preferred in the latest collaboration, planning and event/marketing tools (e.g. Monday, Slack, Deputy, Asana, Marketo, Slido), along with an understanding of virtual event platforms (e.g. Zoom, MS Teams, OnAIR by EventsAIR, Cvent)
- Understanding of OH&S policy & procedures
