The Role

This is a remote, performance-based sales and business development role designed for experienced professionals who excel in consultative, relationship-driven conversations.

You will engage with qualified prospects through structured digital systems, lead values-based sales conversations, and support individuals in making informed decisions about premium education programs.

This role requires self-leadership, consistency, and emotional intelligence — it is not a call-centre or entry-level sales position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with qualified inbound and outbound prospects via digital platforms
  • Lead structured, high-trust sales conversations via Zoom and phone
  • Present premium personal development and education programs
  • Manage follow-up processes and longer decision cycles with professionalism
  • Collaborate with an established international sales and leadership team
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and performance development
