The Role:

  • Reporting, insights and decision support to ensure all Product teams make the best possible decisions in prioritization.
  • Product process optimisation, internal enablement and operational excellence to increase our team’s productivity and efficiency.
  • Customer & Stakeholder (Sales, CS) feedback analysis & loop to ensure deep understanding customer pain points.
  • Support Product teams with product Launch & Go-to-Market Readiness, increasing adoption and value for customers, in collaboration with Product Marketing.
  • Product competitive analysis, in collaboration with Product Marketing.
  • Tooling management & contract negotiations for product tools.

You:

  • Experience working in Product Management role within the SaaS space and extensive knowledge of the Product Management life cycle.
  • Knowledge of Go-to-Market motions, especially in a SaaS environment.
  • Familiar with agile environments and methodologies.
  • Familiar with customer feedback management tools (Eg. Pendo, Jiminny, Hubspot etc)
  • Familiar with data tracking and reporting (Eg. Pendo and Looker)
  • Experience using AI for internal process optimisation.
