The Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Agent / Closer to join our team and drive client acquisition. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in business development and wants to grow alongside a young and ambitious consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and reach out to new clients (entrepreneurs, startups, SMEs).
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Present INITFY's services and adapt proposals to client needs.
• Achieve sales targets and generate new business opportunities.
• Work closely with the business and IT teams to deliver a full-service experience.
Requirements
• Previous experience in B2B sales or business development (consulting/IT services background is highly regarded).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven and able to work independently (remote friendly).
• Knowledge of business, digital marketing, or technology is a plus.
Compensation
• This role is on an ABN contractor basis.
• Commission-based structure: payment is made upon closing a sale of INITFY's services.
