Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain professional relationships through consultative, values-led communication
  • Provide guidance, encouragement, and peer-level mentoring to individuals progressing through their development journey
  • Utilise provided systems, tools, and administrative processes to manage workflows efficiently and professionally
  • Participate in ongoing training, leadership development sessions, and community calls to support continuous growth and capability building

About You

  • Background in sales, business development, client engagement, account management, or a related corporate role
  • Strong communication skills with a professional, consultative approach
  • Self-directed, organised, and comfortable working autonomously
  • Interest in leadership, personal development, or coaching-based environments
  • Open to learning new systems and participating in ongoing professional development

Structure and Flexibility

This is an independent contractor opportunity and is not an employed position.
