We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to identify business needs, analyze processes, and support data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support project planning, execution, and change management initiatives.
• Analyze data to generate insights and recommendations.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision-makers.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams.
• Support UAT and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
