Our clients' Australian team is growing fast — and we’re looking for a hungry, ambitious Business Development Representative to help us expand our footprint across the region.
The Role
This is your chance to break into SaaS sales with a team that actually invests in your development. As a BDR, you’ll be the front line of our growth engine — researching prospects, engaging decision-makers, and creating qualified opportunities for our sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive new business pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
- Run targeted calling and email campaigns to connect with potential customers.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and tailor outreach that stands out.
- Understand each prospect’s automation challenges and position our solution as the answer.
- Schedule product demos and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
- Keep our CRM up-to-date with activity notes, contact details, and opportunity progress.
What You Bring
- 1–2 years in B2B sales or business development (SaaS experience = bonus points).
- Excellent communication skills — you’re confident, curious, and know how to ask great questions.
- A growth mindset — hungry to learn, improve, and take feedback like a pro.
- Strong organization and time management — you can juggle multiple leads without dropping the ball.
- Experience with sales tools or CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
