  • We are building a Collective of Professional Heavy Industry People to innovate and deliver AI to businesses you know.
  • Future proof your career by learning and creating AI with your deep knowledge and experience.
  • No coding required, we build the applications. We train you on the AI layer, how it works, how to develop solutions, train people and audit readiness.

Engagement Type - Flexible/contract, an opportunity for you to invest in your future.

  • This is a one off enablement fee paying program. Fee covers your initial training, ongoing marketing and the tools, training and auditing materials you need. No ongoing subscription fees.
  • Payments are exclusively via Commissions + Royalties based on a percentage of your total sales.
  • As a fee pay member you have a say in how the Collective operates.

The roles suit individuals with extensive heavy industrial project and contract domain knowledge in any related professional discipline. Those who can translate on the job pain points, articulate required outcomes, and want to learn and apply AI, influence its ethical and productive use, and operate independently on your own terms are ideally suited.

Who are we?ProPower Consulting Pty Ltd provides AI Consulting, delivering AI Strategy, Readiness audits, leadership briefings and governance frameworks.

AI That Works - Is a new targetted suite of services for SMBs/mid-market Heavy Industry businesses, from construction and renewables to infrastructure and resources, offering a defined, repeatable suite of products and services targeting earlay stage AI adoption.

  • AI Readiness Audit → Benchmark AI maturity and facilitating readiness.
  • AI-In-A-Day Pilot → Proving AI value fast with low risk. and predictable ROI.
  • AI Starter Program (2–3 weeks) → Embedding workflows and agents ready to scale.
  • Executive AI Briefings → Align leadership on AI’s role, facilitating informed decision making.
  • Workforce briefings and change facilitation → Myth busting and collaborative policy development.

What you’ll do

  • Identify high-value use cases in your experience domain and shape solutions with us.
  • Co-create and sell domain-specific AI tools (we provide platform & engineering).
  • Deliver AI Readiness Audits and AI Training using proven playbooks.
  • Introduce and sell tools from our catalogue to your network and further grow into new markets.

How you earn — up to 60% commission potential is possible, (tiered membership details in info pack)

Multiple revenue streams referenced to Total Sales Price.

As a Collective you participate in group decisions, directions and can sell your own AI and that of AI That Works and other members (through a fixed commission and royalty structure), thus broadening your sales opportunity and overall client package potential.

Enablement & onboarding

One-off enablement fee covers AI Training, certification, delivery playbooks, and co-selling assets. Flexible payment options available. Invoicing via Stripe/Xero. No recruiting commissions or downlines—earnings come only from client work and product sales.

What you bring

  • Proven industry expertise and stakeholder credibility.
  • Consultative (Trusted Advisor) approach to problem discovery and solution delivery.
  • Willingness to sell and deliver training and audits in your region and domain speciality.
  • ABN/independent contractor setup.
  • High ethical standard and ability to work independently.
