Role Description This is a part-time, remote, entry-level role based in Australia, supporting the HR function for AEM AGRICULTURA DE PRECISAO. The HR Support Officer will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, preparing documentation, and helping ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures. The role will support the creation, updating, and organization of job descriptions across various functions and levels. The HR Support Officer will help coordinate basic employee relations activities such as onboarding support, responding to routine HR queries, and guiding team members to the appropriate HR resources. The position will also involve assisting with data entry in HR systems, organizing digital files, scheduling HR-related meetings, and supporting HR reporting and documentation for management.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing a career in HR.
- Understanding of HR Policies and basic compliance principles relevant to workplace practices.
- Ability to support Employee Relations by handling routine inquiries, maintaining confidentiality, and escalating issues appropriately.
- Capability to assist with Job Description Development, including gathering role information and formatting clear, consistent documents.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Comfort using digital tools, HR systems, and MS Office or Google Workspace for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate with dispersed teams.
- Previous internship, administrative, or HR support experience is an advantage but not required; a diploma or degree (completed or in progress) in HR, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
