Lead Software Engineer - React/Node

We have partnered with a newly funded tech start-up whose Software is doing just that. With recent funding from a major investor under their belts, this is an incredible opportunity to join as their first Engineer 🚀

This is a Lead role where you will work closely with the Executive and Product team to build out their product suite as they embark on an exciting journey of growth and scale! The team is the biggest selling point of this role - you will work with an extremely genuine, driven and positive team and Founders!

Your experience should look a little like this:

• An experienced Senior or Lead Engineer with deep technical Full Stack Skills - you will work end to end and get to touch everything from Front End, Back End and Cloud Infrastructure
• Extensive knowledge of Javascript, Typescript, Reactjs, Nodejs and AWS along with other related frameworks
• A deep interest in start-ups, your idea of fun is building and tinkering with new tech and building new products.
• The ability and interest to be the key decision maker when it comes to tech, solution design and architecture.
• A love for working collaboratively but also a passion for getting your head down deep into the code.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key.

You'll have the unique opportunity to shape the tech stack and make some major technical decisions in this role. This is a fully remote/WFH/Work-from-home role but you must be based in Australia (along the Eastern Seaboard) with unlimited working rights. You'll also catch up with the team in person from time to time.
