Private Equity-backed SaaS organisations in the health sector are looking to hire a sales leader to professionalise the sales division of this fast-growing business. This role will be focused on leading a high-performing sales team for aggressive growth. To accomplish this outcome, this sales leader must implement a repeatable, scalable revenue process driven by data, technology, and enablement, as well as be a world-class leader of front-line sales talent. Responsibilities: Building a winning culture for a small, fast-paced sales team; inspire and motivate them, fostering a competitive yet collaborative environment. Setting the pace by actively managing each AE’s pipeline of opportunities, providing an accurate forecast and converting them into successfully closed won deals Managing pipeline to ensure a minimum of 3x coverage of month targets Developing and executing on a market-led GTM sales strategy including sales organisation structure to support growth goals Creating and updating a sales playbook which reflects the GTM strategy. Sales playbook to include messaging, scripts, talk tracks, processes and best practices Identifying and management of KPIs to support the delivery of the sales strategy Training and onboarding of sales resources to future-proof the growth of the team Developing, recommending and managing the commission structure We are looking for: Minimum of 5 years' sales management experience in a high growth SaaS environment, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets Experience in developing and executing a market led sales strategy that exceeds targets Proven ability to recruit and build a successful Account Executive team focused on acquisition Experience in developing a positive sales culture that aligns with broader business objectives Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset. Experience in implementing CRM (Salesforce preferred), sales engagement tools and conversational intelligence tools (Gong). 200K base + super + comms The role location is flexible but we are only looking at candidates based in Sydney or Brisbane due to the client base For more information please apply to Steve Grace
