Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Insights Analyst to join our team. This junior-level role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about turning data into actionable insights that support business growth, product development, and strategic planning.

As an Insights Analyst, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data. Your findings will help guide key business decisions and optimize performance across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from internal and external sources
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Generate reports and dashboards to visualize insights clearly and effectively
• Translate data into clear recommendations for business, marketing, or product teams
• Support regular performance tracking, campaign analysis, and customer insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver accurate, timely results
• Maintain documentation of methodologies and data processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a data-driven role
• Internship, academic, or project experience involving data analysis is highly valued
